What I have decided that I was good at and what I needed to improve on was as you can see my Toothbrush Sprinkle, I used too much water so it dripped and made it look messy.I believe that I have done a great Flat Wash and my graded wash took me a lot of time so what I did first was many Flat Washes then I had darkened on one side and kept the other light. On my Rice Sprinkle I feel like I had my Rice Sprinkle just right. My Resist Technique went okay but not as I planned in the beginning I had wanted all of the tape to be connected but it still turned out okay. My Bubble Wrap technique had not work out well because I hadn't but on the Bubble Wrap as hard as I should have. The only thing I was trying to do is to get a feel for Water Color.
My Final painting was a demonstration of how I learn the Water Color Technique. I know that I had learned much about the Graded Wash because as you can see it goes from Light to Dark. I feel I should have done more work to water the Colored Pencils to make them not stand out as much so if I had started watering the brush to make it more water color. I have also tried to mix up the color of the moon when it looks dark but I had wanted it to look like a yellowish color so you can tell it was a dark setting.

I was trying to portray my identity about the Muslim culture. I had selected this theme because it was very important to me of understanding how my ancestors showed what they had done with art and what it meant to them. I think I did a very well job of portraying the pattern they had made they had used three or more colors to make a pattern and what I did was I had used the primary colors to make a pattern such as theirs. I have a understanding that they also loved chess so I had used the most powerful piece on the chess board to portray what I was thinking.
